Our People Development team design and deliver tailored training courses to meet the specific requirements of the business and our people. Our E Learning Website has been designed to enhance and support training workshops run at Caledonia House and around Scotland. Access to our E-learning website is allocated to all staff upon commencement of employment and new topics are constantly being updated. Our commitment to providing training and development opportunities has gained us a National Training Award and accreditation by Investors in People.

A Continuous Professional Development Plan and regular performance reviews with your line manager help to ensure your skills are being developed to fulfil your potential and goals both professionally and personally.

A company Induction will introduce you to DBS and provide you with a good grounding of what we do and the way we work. Going forward, you will be encouraged to develop yourself and provided with opportunities and support to do so.
