Mortgage Review

We offer a mortgage review service to all, regardless of whether your mortgage is held with the Society. Our trained advisors not only help you before you move into your new home, but afterwards as well. They can help you when your current product ends, to secure another mortgage with Dunfermline Building Society that meets your needs. Or you may require additional borrowing, for example, to improve your home. We can also look at the term of the mortgage and the method of repayment to ensure that these are the most appropriate to your needs. We can look to reduce or increase your monthly payments as your circumstances and your budget change.

Alternatively, you may have already paid off your mortgage and be in a situation where you have much of your wealth tied-up in your home. Dunfermline Building Society can look at options with you to release money from your home in order to help you enjoy retirement to the full.
