Set up charges and fees:

If the loan is FSA regulated a home owner loan documentation charge of £175 is payable. Where the loan is non-regulated and more than £25,001 a home owner loan documentation charge of £125 will be applicable or £150 if there is a second charge or guarantor. There will be no charge if a solicitor completes the documentation. Fees for this type of transaction will be advised on application. Ask our staff for further details.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
This is a figure which all lenders must quote when referring to mortgages. It is designed to show the total yearly cost of a mortgage stated as a percentage of the loan. It includes items such as the interest rate paid at the start of the mortgage, application fee, valuation fee and other charges commonly paid at the end of a mortgage.
